great read. Has there been anything you've wanted to automated but found that either the quality isn't there yet or you've been struggling to build it?
Honestly, not yet, and that's the wild part. The limiter has been my desire to maintain constant human judgement over anything that goes to others - email, texts, etc - before it goes out. I'm gradually letting go of that with scheduling communications, but for everything else, I want to see the draft first. And I'm obsessive about maintaining detailed and clear voice and standards across my system, so that, for instance, it knows how to write for the medium (texts sound different than emails) and the context (close friend, professional acquaintance, client, etc).

I absorbed every word of this piece and as someone running a solo consultancy as well, there’s SO MUCH to learn from this!!
